System Design
The basic system set-up is a main unit, consisting of a PC and a card encoder. A standard magnetic card is issued at check-in, containing encrypted information such as hotel identity, time limitations, room number and additional doors access.

Encoders indicate guest room number during the encoding process - especially helpful with multiple stations.
Multiple Stations: The system can be expanded with a large number of check-in stations.
PMS - TimeLox lock software is PMS interface ready.
POS - It is also possible to integrate a Point-of-Sales system (POS) to the TimeLox system. TimeLox has delivered the 2300 Win system to all the major hotel chains in the world, such as Hilton US, Sheraton, Holiday Inn, Westin, Best Western, Four Seasons, Radisson.
