| The Helmsley Park Lane is located on Manhattan's famous Central Park South opposite Central Park. This 650 room property has been a uniQey client for over 22 years. The original- first generation uniQey Universal locks were replaced after twenty years with the new generation uniQey Pro. With prestigious guests from over the world, and a unique flavor all its own- when it came time to choose a locking system for upgrade, the Park Lane wanted a locking system that was not just secure, but also elegant in keeping with the property. They did their homework, looked around at the competition, and decided on uniQey yet again. |

| The White Elephant Hotel on Nantucket Island is a lovely jewel on the tip of Nantucket Harbor. Extensively remodeled in 1999, the main house is flanked by multiple individual guest cottages. Different technologies were used throughout the property in order to both secure and meet the high design standard dictated by the owners, architects and designers. The Uniqey Pro is on all the interior guest room doors, weather resistant Premieres on the exterior cottage doors, and various type of access control products on of the parts of the property. The White Elephant also, uses our guest room safes with pedestals. |

| The Cliff House is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. In 1997, the owner restored and extensively renovated the property to its original distinctive elegance and reputation. It features period Rocky Mountain Victorian Architecture from the 1800's, with 21st century state of the art technology and amenities. The designer in charge of the Cliff House renovation had very strict standard on maintaining the period, elegant fell of the property. Each guest room door features ornate Victorian style door hardware. However, the locking technology is on the wall adjacent to the door. That is where the guest swipes his guest key into the unobtrusive Uniqey reader which activates the electric strike to open the door. The overall look is elegant, refined and seamless. |
